you're right about the video but i rate him as a player and i think he was young then. I know it's not much of an excuse but everyone does stupid stuff when their young

i think were losing the plot we might not get enough money for mgeady that way he wont be sold but as i read hes already sold on this forum i for one wont miss him and i will back any decision lennon makes but wait till hes sold before we judge potential players

 

He would be good to have but he better NOT be a replacment for mcgeady becuase he is nothing like him

He was 24 hardly young to use as a excuse , That was in the past aint like they got done with rape etc , just used there so called fame to ride a fan , many of us would be doing it if we could ,

I have never seen him play as I don't really follow irelands games.but if he is as good as people on here say he is I would be really disappointed if we don't sign him as he is desperate to play for us and wouldn't cost much

i think lawrence is a good player and you can never get enough good players at your club . he would certainly come in and do a job for us. he is a different type of player to mcgeady. players with the natural ability mcgeady has dont grow on trees and i think we will miss him most teams would but with all that being said mcgeady is a let down in the final third of the pitch. he doesnt score enough goals , his final ball is brutal, he cant cross , what ive seen of lawrence over the years he is not as skillfull but his end product is better and who knows he might just be more effective for our team than mcgeady. in an ideal world we could keep mcgeady and sign lawrence but it looks like mcgeady will move on and if he does lawrence would be a good replacement.
