    I know a couple of boys from Dublin and neither are nationalists. It's sad that an indifference has developed.

    I said a while ago on here that just about every person I've met from Ireland, including guys from Derry say they don't care about all the troubles of the past and they want to leave it in the past. One guy from Derry who was a Celtic fan I met in Lisbon didn't even like The Fields being sung.

    Most unpleasant experience last night.

    I was walking to the shop near my house, and two children leaned out the window of a passing car and shouted (and I quote verbatim) 'Thief! Your'e a thief! Yeah you, what you looking at you wanka! Thief!' and the car drove off. Kids looked maybe between 8 and 10 year old, couldn't see who was driving the car.
    I just froze, didn't know how to respond, and the car was away before I could compose a response.
    ...So, what the *? Just nasty kids messing around, or something more sinister?
