The real mystery as far as I concerned is why Tony Mowbray paid £1.7 for Rasmussen, brought him on as sub against Hibs for Samaras, yet today he started with Samaras again ?

Yes the team will need time to gel together, however Rasmussen proved he 's ready to start now, not at 55 or 60 minutes Tony. Samaras will get you the sack, stick with Ra,Ra Rasmussen Celtic's new goal machine !!!

dont really appreciate the almost paramiliatray reference. That sort of 'oh ah Samaras' type stuff is childish * (surely it even * of republicans of any intellect) and we should have been much more active in weeding out that stupid mentality long ago.

BTW, the proportion of songs that have anything to do with football in the last few away games has been really really low. Its embarrising. Full of people who the football is clearly of secondary importance to inflicting their political views relating on bemused home fans. IMO singing about wars against Britain while in Britain is close to incitement. All games should be officially monitored for any form of provocation (be it religious or expressions of violent politics) and points deductions. No more * footing. Nobody will ever persuade me that either set of fans doesnt contain a majority element who primarily do it as anything more than a GIRFUY/venting.

Why turn on all this at away games of all places? Its the most innapropriate venue you can imagine, much worse than home games. You cannot reasonably expect the home fans in our away games to know the finer points of Irish history and distinctions between the old and new IRA etc any more than you could expect a guy from Cork to have a detailed knowledge of Scottish history. All the home a fans will hear is IRA etc and it makes us look like insensative, provocative, agressive, violence glorifying scum. That it what removes our moral high ground and allows us to be paired as the 'old firm' and for the widely held belief among Scots that 'they are as bad as each other' to flourish.

People complain about a lack of atmosphere at CP but at least its mainly fitba songs and I never feel ashamed or cringe at the songs there is modern times. If it takes non-football songs to get you going then its not football you are into. The oh ah up the ra type stuff is surely so idiotic that it trivialises the history of that organisation into a ya boo sucks sort of silly chant. Surely that even * of republicans who rise above the childish chanting mentality. BTW, that ooh ahh chant is a northern troubles 'new IRA'/PIRA thing and singing almost-versions of this should be seen as a PIRA support chant. People often try and say IRA songs are OK if its the old IRA but the oh ah stuff is clearly not.

Can't believe he got booked for celebrating his first goal with his new fans.
Soon you'll not even be able to put your arms in the air to celebrate a goal

I think Ra Ra Rasmussen and Big Jos are the type of players who urge for the fans of their clubs to like them, they both seems like big time characters.

Give it a rest you don't need to write a * essay on every single post you make.
