Boruc?

i thought he did good too, if it wasnt for him it could have been well more conceded

 

haha * sake mate, did you see the penos zaluska DIDNT save when he was in goal, let them slip under him, Boruc was great today, commanded his box, dealt with freekicks properly,he had no chance with the goals,

their first one was a great striker right into bottom corner

Second one was placed at the only place he couldnt save it, anywhere else itd been saved

The peno he could of saved, its a bonus if he does though

The last goal he had no chance defending was awful

he made one amazing save down to his left as well, hes cant be blamed for these goals all the defences fault

 

great saves the day no goals were his fault great saves hopefly back to his old self

 

should have been 6-4 aberdeen with how dreadful that defense is, we should be thanking artur for salvaging a point for the team

Well its about time the real Boruc came back aye he won us a point 2day but how many has he cost us this season he still aint good enough and aint even the best or 2nd best keeper in the league ,

 

I'd still drop him. Had a good save but still looks dodgy, his kick outs are terrible and was lucky not to give away penalty.

zaluska should play again. i thought he was quite good in that wee run he got

 

Today was his best performances in a long time. But i'd still bring Zaluska in and give him another run in the team. Boruc needs to get himself sorted, he's a liability. I like to have a keeper who gives me confidence, i'm on edge every time the ball goes near Boruc.

 

he saved us from defeat, to say other wise would be a lie, and if he had done better, what would you say about the strikers, and the defenders. not all doing there bit every team we play will be in our face from now till we are beat and cant win the league,

 

He should have saved the pen, it was a lazy dive if he had been at full stretch he would have stopped it.

But he made a good stop near the end.

 

Made some very good saves today, but still looks a shadow of the player he was during his first 2-3 seasons.
Doesn't command his box anymore, & especially with a young inexperienced defence, I'd expect him to be more in charge & organise the back 4 better.

Looks like nobody is willing to step up & be a leader at the moment, Brown tries, but is too quiet, & doesn't shout or get the players around him motivated enough.

The Hoops don't shrink, but Boruc's top looks like it's stretched to bursting.
Would love to see him prove that he's committed to staying, but I don't see the right attitude in him.

 

we canny go around and blame boruc ffs! the defence is a joke! boruc is no1 and always be no1 when hes at celtic.

 

i dont think anybody is blaming Boruc for today, the damage was done without him ppl are just sick of watching him be a traincrash
he did have a no bad game today,his kicking has gone from bad to worse and is a bit of a liability and needs to be dropped either way

 

I like how Mowbray talks about how Aiden got a rest and then performed out of his skin against Hearts - he should do the same thing with Boruc, give him a rest, let Zaluska show what he can do with the gloves.

I think this threat very funny what the * is going one with you guys...... The best goalkeepers in the world like Cassilas, Cech, Buffon, Van der Sar, Valdes they all have good defenders in front of them cmon guys do you really think Boruc is not the same good goalkeeper like in the last 4 years he is the same guy you all have no idea whats important in football. Its a joke here what you do!!! I will see Cassilas or Buffon in our team with the same defender line that make every single game many * and then tell me if im wrong. Boruc can save a brilliant shoot but not 10 shoots on our goal every game he is really get left in the lurch from our defenders! The game today agains aberdeen shows more then ever this situation. Without Boruc we had loose this game for sure

 

Have to disagree mate, Boruc is a shadow of his former self, both for Celtic & Poland.
His behaviour off the park has got more headlines in the past 2 years than his performances on it, as many people have said, before the last Euros, he was probably one of the best keepers in europe, now he's not even the best keeper in scotland, maybe even Celtic.

The defence has been to blame a lot, but Boruc has made a lot of simple, high profile errors in the past 2 seasons, & seems to have lost the desire for the club.

I honestly think, he saw Celtic as a stepping stone to bigger clubs, and after having 2-3 great seasons expected to move to a bigger club & better league by now.

It hasn't happened, & for me personally it shows in his performance & general demeanour.

 

As you said, they have great defenders in front of them, but Boruc was an outstanding goalkeeper with guys like Caldwell, McManus & Naylor in front of him, sadly that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.
