    Willow Flood-loan with buying option
    Koki Mizuno - Just loan
Chris Killen - only if two strikers came in
Lee Naylor- mowbray seems to like prefer Fox though I think Naylor isn't as bad as many like to say he is, but we need money
Loovens or McManus - If we bring in a replacement and the coaches consider Josh Thompson ready to be a backup

    Caldwell
    Mc Manus
Brown (need to cash in on him ano he's injured)
    Killen
Mc Donald or Sammy (either one or the other,am not too fussed)

We need to sell two players that are worth something at the minute, this will give us some more cash to spend and this is why we must cash in on Brown and one of the front 2 men

As for the fringe players TM can hire a hatch back get as many duds in as possible
then off to the nearest car boot sale asay!

Gotta be Big Mick (been awful since he was made captain!), Broony (hate to say this as the guy defo has the potential to be superb but hes a hun and it shows his heart aint at parkhead) Maloney (an empty jersey for me since the moment he came back i was against resigning him in the first place and he hasnt shown one iota of the player that was poty the season he left) Killen + Flood as a pair (money aint everything and these two jokers lack the quality to be Celtic players! free!) McDonald (its just good business bought for a pittance and sold for a few million also think his contribution is lacking this season he scores goals but i dont think his overall play is up to scratch too many moves break down through his inability, poor first touch, constantly being caught offside, greediness, lack of pace and at times just a downright bad attitude with the moanin side of his character. also hasnt in 2 seasons seemed to improve on any aspects of his game the offsides and terrible first touch at all however due to his first touch being shockin and his second touch a sliding tackle maybe shift him to centre half his slide tacklings great after all he's been doin it nearly 3 seasons!)

We'd have some midfield come February if you were the manager. :97:

I',m not his biggest fan but that was a pretty poor assesment of him IMO.
One thing he does have is drive and determination, I also think he gives you everything he has.

I agree with Skippy, Killen and Flod though.

I would sell Hinkel, Flood, Mizuno, Caldwell, and McManus, and probably Fortune as he has become a passenger in the team, and I think Mowbray now recognizes this.

You have to actually be playing to be a passenger. Fortune'e hasn't had a proper run in the team as yet.

Everyone saying ditch McDonald is well and good, but where the * are the goals going to come from ?

    Fortune - Pish, cant score

Samaras - Good for a goal every couple of games

    Killen - Donkey

McDonald - Poacher who has been our top scorer for 2 seasons.

    McManus - Imposter
    Brown - Imposter
Mizuno - He'll find his level back in the J League, not suited to Celtic or the SPL
Maloney - Never liked him, think he is the most over rated footballer in the eyes of a portion of Celtic fans since I've been a fan. Even in the season he was player of the year I thought he was the best of a very bad bunch. Capable of 1 moment of magic and then spends 3 or 4 games hitting free kicks into the stand and doing step overs whilst running into full backs.
Killen - Would probably score goals in the SPL but he's nowhere near good enough to be a first team player at Celtic and doesn't suit our style of play either.

But that is the problem. When he does play he never scores or seldom even looks interested in scoring. I think Mowbray is only going to risk Fortune now as a sub, with Samaras and McDonald now ahead of him in the pecking order.
And he is our £3.8 Million striker too.

I watched Fortune throughout that counter-attack last night..The one that McDonald missed the sitter.

IMO Fortune deliberately did not try to make himself available for the potential pass from Robson. He done this by intentionally slowing his run down, thus remaining behind the eye-shot of Robson and hopefully out of his thoughts.

Not once did he call for it, because he didn't want it.

Undoubted lack on confidence - I'm not condemning him but he is paid an awful lot of money to take responsibility

You can't honestly be serious?? He was fantastic in his POTY season and no one on here can deny that unless they are just plain stupid! He scored loads of free kicks that season donkey, scored alot of goals from midfield, oh and got goal of the season..... but yes he was the best of a bad bunch :56: Get the point, you don't like him and he's not yet recaptured that form but even fans who don't like him (which there alot of on here) would say that about his POTY season! Sober up bud!

The only people that really are nowhere near the team are McManus, Flood and Killen. Everyone else should have a part to play.

I think we could be doing better than Caldwell, Brown and McDonald though. With The Korean coming in that leaves the need to sign 1 CB and 1 goal-scorer.

Is that accurate? I don't think so.
Hinkel is a major asset to our team, he has the most assists at CP this season.
