well there you go! even one of our players are thinking the same as the fans.

 

He is a fan like us all and he feels the same way.

 

Celtic should dock their wages, then they'll start * playing!

 

The two interesting parts for me:

1. "We've been playing really poorly and just grinding out the odd result but we're really struggling. There have been a couple of matches where we've played okay but we've struggled in the last three or four.

I don't know the reason for that. We've got the same players we've had for the past two or three years."

Um Aiden......in case you hadn't noticed we've struggled for the last two years as well.

2. "Any talk of putting time on the manager's head is unfair.

"It's all new to him because he's never been in charge of Celtic before.

"It's a big job and I think he's taken to it well.

"Things can improve and he has to be given time."

I wish some of our fans would get their impatient heads around this concept. Although I wouldn't go so far as to say Tony Mowbray had taken to it 'well' so far.

 

This just puts the icing on the cake,when one of our top players comes out and says
this.

 

So Mr McGeady wouldn't pay to watch us.......Maybe if he got his finger out and became a team player then we might be a bit better.

We have been * for 2 years, since he got player of the year. He has done nothing since.

Everyone looks to play through him, but he cant hack it when faced with 2 or 3 defenders.

Sell him and then we will be better. We have no room passengers in our team

 

Bit harsh. Like you've said everyone looks to play through him so he has alot on his shoulders and imo he delivers more often than not.

best player to come out of the youth academy since mcstay.

loves the club.

gives 100% every game.

why is it you want to sell him?

 

mcgeady has been poor ,but against utd he was good ,played more through middle but could roam about which suits him more.

 

agreed, shud play him just behind the front 2

 

Ive always said that about McGeady ,i would rather see him running at centre halfs than fullbacks ,,a lot more affective.

tbf ive stopped paying over the odds to watch celtic at parkhead these days as much as i want to go (and saying that i get paid next week so might splash out on a ticket for the aberdeen game! ) spl needs to be more realistic in how much value it places on football

as for aiden, i thought he played the best hes played in a while in the first half v unt (hinkel also) though faded badly in the 2nd! i do think he would be suited to playing in the middle though hes the quickest player we have which is probably why hes always used on the wing

thats a bit harsh calling me a fair weather supporter! (apologies if that wasnt what u meant but pretty sure it is!!) truth is its just not fiinancially viable especially now; other things have to paid first and its not be dying wish to spend every last penny i have on celtic!

and if i was a fair weather fan would i be defending mowbray? dont think so!
