It really makes me think our success in the last 4 years was down to Strachan DESPITE player quality. Take him and his often criticised ridgid system away and a whole pandora's box is opened up in terms of our limitations. Having said that, these players are individually in most cases the best in the SPL in their positions so their is no excuse for us being as a team so much less than the sum of the parts.

exactly, its almost as if today they expected to hump Falkirk with minumum effort; i dont think for a moment that Mogga would tell his players that an opponent is easy so the players have to share a great part of the blame; Mogga got it wrong first half and possibly with bringing Mick on (was Loovens injured?) but he did get a reaction from them 2nd half and dropping McDonald obviously worked; 25 mins 2 goals! the players have been mollycoddled too long by strachan and we need someone like mogga to root out those unwilling to change their ways e.g Caldwell and the players themselves have to take far more responsibility, for example why did none of our strikers feel confident enough first half to take the penalty?

Agree. Totally unacceptable behavior. The c***s who were singing should never ever be allowed to attend another Celtic match (but after today's performance, that would not really be a penalty...).

gutless and spineless is the only way to describe todays performance. completely unacceptable from celtic players. The only reason we even got a point is because it was almost falkirks reserves we were playing. The service to the strikers was woeful, McCourt was worse than an empty shirt. I can take dropping 2 points away to a team which plays well against us while we also play well. however to drop 2 points purely through a lack of effort and desire is shocking

I dont think there has ever been such a gap in experience between the Celtic and Rangers manager. If Rangers even had the same money as us 'Wattie' would wipe the floor with Mowbray. We are very lucky that every year they have to sell on their best players and they are far weaker now than they were a year and a half ago when they got to the UEFA final. That might save our bacon.

With friends like you who needs enemies eh.

Tony Mowbray doesn't give a *?? Embarassing comment to make. :97:

Tony Mowbray will get the job done once he gets a few more of his own style of player injected into the team.

I know its just one man but where was Crosas today when that numpty Robson just kicked stupid aimless balls and cost us the peno with a ridiculously mediocre pass? Im getting worried now that if a promising young player like him continues to not be given a fair run at the team when they are so bad then he wil just leave

Gutted about the result the goal at the end looked well on from where I was too.

Frustrated that when we did finally claw it back to 3-2 we didn't take one of our 3 strikers off to try and tighten up, our defence is just so poor at the moment, CB is a must in Jan IMO.

agreed :50: the centre midfield has been looking good with crosas and nguemo.
mowbray didn't need to play with 2 wingers he could have played the same midfield as thursday night

maybe crosas was injured or summin

i wish mowbray would stop changing the team every game though :38:

exactly, he should just pick 11 men and work with them as a unit.

While we played terribly I thought that the 2 stand-outs who contributed ABSOLUTELY NOTHING were McCourt and Fortune who should've been replaced at half-time. Both can be great for Celtic, but this looks too soon for Fortune who needs to be bled into games when we're already winning. For a tricky winger like McCourt it was one of those days where nothing comes off, but he too will come good again. It's the managers responsibility to take him off sooner.

Don't see why Crosas was dropped either. It's no surprise that our midfield ticks like a clock when he plays. McDonald again giving us headaches by doing very little apart from crucially sticking it in the net. Which is what is needed in these types of game against lesser clubs.

first time poster. The cameras should have been fixed on the morons that disgraced all decent celtic fans today, so that they can be identified and banned from Celtic Park. Fans need to take a stance against these morons!!

They might have been poor today but N'Guemo has been good overall and Fortune'e hasn't had a proper chance to show what he can do yet.

startin to lose patience with this guy the first 45 mins the day was unbearable if falkirk had a half decent striker we could easily been 2 or 3 down bad performances is one thing but if thats all the effort mogga could get out of these guys even after a europa trip i fear he is in the wrong movie.also at the agm when questioned by the fans he didnt seem to have any answers and said he needed another 2 transfer windows.falkirk had 15 fit players to choose from today!

embarassing? yeh im really am.....? :97: its friggin true, he just sits there sucking on his stupid energy drink without his facial expression changing, he clearly doesnt care, when out players look to the sidelines they see that muppet, hardly inspirational

His style players, with what money? and the ones he does bring in are *, fox being the only player he has brought in that i nearly like

n'guemo is average and dont get me started on fortune'e
