i had a very similar regen, all his technical stats were very good, only downside was his jumping which was around 6-8 ish, which for a CB is awful. ended up conceding a few goals cos he cant jump for *. decided to retrain him as a defensive mid and he was immense.

    Cheers for that mate :50:

His jumping is 13 and his heading is 11. Not awful, but not great. Still, time to improve. He can already play as a DM which is an added bonus.

My current CB's are playing fine so he will get slowly introduced to the first-team. Thats the way I like to do it with new players, particularly younger ones who don't speak the language.

Still trying to work out things tactically. There are certain games I have dropped points in where I shouldn't have.

I doubt I'll finish 7th again. But I am pushing for a place in the top half.

Maybe would be better to ask this is the graphics section cause there's probably a few people who don't play FM who could make a logo for you

Mind to tell them the size and what you want on it etc

Anyone else find that you concede after scoring ALL THE TIME? It's almost at bug proportion for me :(

Struggling to hold onto automatic promotion in the French second division with Metz. Also struggling to get anything good out of Yanniack Djalo, my blue-chip signing who is currently either 3rd or 4th choice. If he can't do it at Metz I don't recommend him for anyone!

    Check your players concentration levels

I think its down to a common weakness in mental stats or over confidence.

Its not a bug imo unless their uproar on the SI forums :56:

JUst threw away a 2-0 lead against some SHITERS to cause the most misses of penalties I think I've ever seen in FM..

Note I also managed to concede a penalty in the last minute of normal time which was ....saved!!!!. The worst thing is my first "misser" was Marquinhos who has 15 for penalties (good for this league!) and finished the game on 8.8 so I thought he'd be a dead cert.

Judging by throwing away a 2 goal lead, conceding a last minute penalty, getting a man sent off, and losing on penalties at home I think you may be on to something lol

2-0 up at half time, I told the entire team apart from Marqunihos and Djallo to "not get complacent". Those 2 were given "pleased". My average concentration of the first 11 that lost was 12. The guy who conceded the penalty has concentration 13...

Do you remember what your assistant said about your determination etc at the start of the season? Does he consider them high or low?

Maybe you should consider going to a defensive strategy after scoring to help prevent a quick peg back.

Either way i think 10.3 is attempting to get people to do more on the fly tweaking of tactics etc like is done IRL.

Do you guys put a lot of stock in what advice your assistant gives? I tend to just ignore it for the most part and make my own decisions.

Totally depends on the assistant imo

I'd be more inclined to trust the opinion of an assistant with a judging ability of 20/20 than 8/8 etc.

I tend to ignore them where squad depth is concerned but I do rely on them for 2nd opinion if I'm 50:50

depends what it is really, if its something that would make sense e.g. a CB playing simple passes then yeah, but if its about signing players or coaches then they can get tae.
