    My fiancee ordered a Keane away Celtic top for me 2.5 weeks ago. They force US customers to get the 1-2 day delivery, which is around $25 (17 quid).

    A week and a half ago, they called and said that the Keane away top was sold out and asked if the home top would be ok. (She preferred the away top as I already have the 2004 Celtic home top, but it was ok, because I really love the new home top.) My fiancee agrees that the Keane home top would be fine but is * that it took them a week to figure out that they didn't have the away top available in my size... especially since the top was already supposed to be at her house when they called.

    Now, it is 1.5 weeks after the phone call and the top STILL ISN'T HERE!!! She e-mailed them on Monday and they still haven't mailed us back. The worst part is that they don't have a toll free US number for us to call.... only an international number that will cost a boatload of money just to get left on hold.

    I'm very upset w/ www.kitbag.com. They have $85 of our money and we have no Celtic Keano top. :47: I will not be doing business with them again.

    when Keano first signed i tryed to get a Keane top, but they was all sold out of the letters....

    anyway hope you get your top soon bud.

    I'm sorry for you that you have been treated so poorly. Thanks for warning us to try and avoid purchasing anything from that website. Hope you get your Keane top soon.

    Kitbag runs celtic's team store at www.celticfc.co.uk! That is why I'm so angry about it. This is celtic's official online team store. They should have better customer service than this.

    I got the white nike cap from kitbag and it had a dried red stain(looked like blood)on the peak of the cap.Also got my lad the Barcelona Larsson top last year and found the customer service appalling when i phoned up to find out why it was taking so long,infact by the time it arrived the shirt had already been reduced on there site.They are very unprofessional.

    I remember about 8 or 9 years ago ordering a few things from the Celtic shop via the catalogue. One of the items was a Celtic water bottle. They had a section on the order form that asked if you wanted Celtic to send someone a copy of the Shop Catalogue. So I put my friends name and address down. I remember waiting ages for the stuff to arrive and when they did there was no water bottle.

    A few days later my friend called to my house with a Celtic water bottle and asked me if it was mine and sure enough....it was. Celtic sent some of my order to the place that should only have been getting a copy of the catalogue. Very, very unprofessional and was hoping they would have improved by now. Still, I will just use the shop in Belfast if I need anything.

    Talking about being unprofessional, I am with direct debit and should recieve tickets for semi's and finals through Celtic. However I recieved nowt for the Motherwell game despite the ground being half empty so they have almost literally threw away £20.

    i keep trying to get the new hoops unsponsored top cause i really like it, and its always sold out? dont no y they dont get new ones in, an when u go 2 enter a name and number on the top it wont let u...

  12. I'll avoid KitBag then and warn others to stay away from the official Celtic Online Superstore.

    Doesn't seem to be worth the risk.

    I have never ordered from here, but it seems like the best website for this kind of thing...

    Had the same problem using prodirectsoccer.com...meant to be 4 working days delivery....7 days later, phone call saying no size 9.5's and ask if 10's will be ok...5 days later get an email saying stock shortage a 4 day delay, about a week later I get the boots and the size I wanted in the 1st place. Was * shocking service!

    However, on a more serious note, the missus ordered me the 'Lord of the Wing' DVD and a new cap for crimbo...
    Parcel comes in from Kitbag... it's a * Spurs away top!!!
    Phones them up - "* is going on?"
    Just send us the top back blah de blah...
    Got the replacement stuff in time anyway - gave the Spurs top to one of my mates at work...
    Kitbag are pure nobbers.

    i ordered a few things from the celtic website (as mentioned operated by kitbag), they messed upo the price and give me twice the discount. which was nice, then a month later i noticed a withdrawl for exactly the same amount. i complained to customer services to which they told me they couldnt do anything about it and told me it was my banks fault. took two months in the end for celtic to refund me the money:47:

    An angry e-mail demanding my money back was sent. They still haven't responded. I'm afraid that I'm going to have to buy an international calling card just so I can scream at these idiots.
