    Quality player, would take him in a heartbeat.

    I'd have even taken him at 4 million TBH when he went to Everton, I think he made a couple mistakes early in his Everton career and his confidence went.

    Aye, I remember watching him vs Argentina and thinking we have to sign this guy.

    He only cost them £4m as you say so surely would be less now. On a 5 year deal so maybe loan with option to buy.

    Tenacious wee * but has ability as well.

    I think it's a loan with an option to buy so will probably work out closer to 4mil with loan fees and wages covered for this season

    Funny you mention that before the game yesterday I had a gander, couldn't find current, but there was a list of 50 top free's and there was still some right good players on it.
