Journalist from Liverpool, remember Sky reporting very late on in January that this would happen. I'd be over the moon.

He's a twitter 'journalist' so obviously take it with a pinch of salt.

If we want McGeady we should get him in right now because he doesnt look in too good shape. We need him with a Ronny preseason.

I think there might be something to it. Unlike Sky - or any media outlet - to report a rumour for the next window on deadline day.

Yeah, I know who he is. Came off the bench in a CL game last year.

Still find his name funny, though. Imagine him and Oxlade-Chamberlain on the wings. That'd be some teamsheet. :smiley-laughing002:

I'd put money on him being here by August.

Perhaps not alot of money, but money nonetheless:56:

Can see him entering into talks, but I don't think Ronny would like the cut of his jib. He's always been quite a pushy, 'my way or the high way' type player. The last manager who tried to impose something on him that he didn't agree with seems to have been Strachan, and we all know how that turned out. I get the feeling he mightn't be fond of Ronny's approach, and vice-versa.

If he's willing to fall into line with Ronny's demands and take a good, hard-working attitude to his second spell here, I'd have him.

I think he has changed and matured alot.

Last few times I have watched him for the Republic he has been grafting his bollocks off in defence as well as attack.

He'd add alot to this current side, IMO. I've always said that when he starts to lose that pace he'd be good in a number 10 role.

Lets not forget what RD done for Johansen who also had an attitude problem so why couldn't he do it for McGeady

    In Ronny I Trust

Filip Helander (Malmo) - Someone mentioned him previously. Looked good aganist England U21. Can't imagine Malmo will be be looking for for than 2m.

No to McGeady - we won't be able to afford his wages and some lower tier PL side will come in for him.

@IsMiseBrendan: According to a French website, Celtic are among a number of clubs including Lyon and AC Milan who are linked with goalkeeper Pedrag Rajkovic

    FM legend.

    Was just thinking that :D

I signed him once...then he wanted a move to a bigger club and IIRC I sold him off to Wolves. So * him! :38:

FM is pretty good when it comes to identifying promising youngsters so hopefully there is some truth in this.

Sulley Muntari has been released from AC Milan always thought he was a great midfielder. Seems like he became a bit of a * but surely Ronny could kick it out of him.
