That would be unreal. But would never happen. Very talented player that hasn't always shown it during his career. He recieved a 1.48million payout from Besiktas so maybe if he wasn't feeling too greedy wages would not be a problem lol.

A player I've watched a lot of this season is Anthony Ujah. Love German football, even Bundesliga 2 is entertaining. This guy plays for Koln, on loan from Mainz 05. Young, pretty good scoring record. He is a fantastic player in my opinion, got big potential. Could be a real steal.

Alrighty, looks like Chile might be one of the emerging countries with a youth system producing young players. If Barca and Man Utd are signing Chilean players, it might be worth keeping an eye on.

We already have too many strikers, but this guy could be the next mega bucks player, to come out of Chile. Sebastián Ubilla, it's a long promo this one, but i reckon we can afford him and the wages are doable, if someone else hasn't signed him already.

    Forget Queresma, guy's an idiot.

We have much better full backs than Chimbonda, couple of years ago yes but not now

Quaresma would be quite a free agent signing, he was unreal at Porto.

Other than that, I'm quite happy with us continuing our current signing policy (it works for the likes of Porto) buy obscure young players with talent and sell them for a high price. I'd use our partnership ties with Santos Laguna (Mexican Clausura champions) to try and take advantage of the Latin American market..

Yeah, that's exactly what we're doing. It might cost a few million for Ubilla now, but it might be worth it. Plays in midfield on either side, very skillful and fast, but with the tenacity to adapt well to the physical side of the game. Can also play up front.

We just really need one player that would cause the likes of Juventus problems and this guy fits the bill. Think he was sold in the Summer for 1.25 million euros, so maybe we make one big signing for slightly more than we would normally pay.

It's about the quality now. Even if you paid 4 million for him, it would be easy enough to double or treble your money in two seasons and recoup the money forked out on wages.

Finding a gut to trouble Juve is worth it. If we go through the deal pays for itself.

I love Frimpong but he is a very very very average player. Championship at best. Defiantly no replacement for the Kenyan *.

Reports in Italy of Alexandre Pato desperate to sign on loan with us till the end of the season with a view to a permanent move.

See, I would much rather we pursued Zidanes interest in coming out of retirement to play for his, he has not shut up about it in recent days. I think we could possibly get fat Ronaldo and Figo too. * Pato, he is not good enough

Me personally, i'd love it if we signed Pato. Not sure if we can afford his wages though, but a loan deal would be perfect.

Pato is not good enough? Well, that is possibly the only way we'd be able to get a player of this quality. If he was out banging goals in for AC Milan, would we have a hope in * of getting a player like this to Parkhead? Of course not. So he has under performed at Milan, that suits us.

Milan have done all the hard work, he's been their since he was a kid and Milan's fitness programme is one of the best in the world.

The problem with Pato isn't that he's not good enough. He picks up a lot of injuries, so it's a question of keeping him fit long enough to get a run of form going.

His last game for Brazil was in August, he plays for Milan, he's 23, scores in the Champions League, i'm thinking that makes him good enough to play in the fecking SPL.
