What would you do?

If i was a professional player and Rangers came in for me and offered me thousands per week that would improve my life and that of my family i would be there in a shot..

 

So you would play 1st team football for Rangers trying to win them the league for the sake of money?

 

I think i made that quite clear above. Easy for folk to say they wouldnt when its not reality.....money talks.

 

I wouldnt be able to play for Rangers against Celtic, scoring a goal and celebrating, neither would i attempt to even put in a shift against any SPL side because im a Celtic fan, and i despise Rangers.

Well i wouldnt sign for them in the 1st place, id be confident another team would come in for me.

 

I was meaning if they were the biggest club that came in and offered the biggest financial package.

 

I would wait until another club came in. If Rangers are intrested, then surely a championship team would be intrested as well.

Ok then, lets say Rangers came in for me and offered w/e it was. Preston, SU and Coventry come in and offer me 7k a week. I would go to either of those 3 without hesitation.

Just because you're a professional doesn't mean you have to be willing to do anything for money.

I didn't suggest that though. I was talking about commitment to your employer more than the money....if you read it correctly again.

Im going to be deadly serious here....
In my eyes if your getting 80k a week then BINGO, Its not all about money though. If your only 20 years old, you have a alot of years ahead of you. I wouldnt atuomatically sign for Celtic not because of the money situation. Dont get me wrong playing for Celtic would be a dream come true, at the age of 20 theres still plenty of time to do it. I would continue playing in Spain aslong as i enjoyed it but i would sign for Celtic when i feel the time is right. I would never knock Celtic back because i need to drop my wages, being a massive Celtic fan and having the honour to play for them would be priceless.
