We missed him today big time.

Not much to say on the game, bitterly disappointed as we out-played them just wasn't to be.

I'm sorry but the blame falls solely @ Strachan's feet. We all said in January that we needed a striker and a left back and we got FA.

Every transfer window we seem to load ourselves with Midfielders. For at least 2 yrs we've asked for defensive and attacking players. I understand the need to develope our own stars for the future but we have been spolit we players of the ilk of Larsson,Sutton,Hartson,Moravcik,Thom,Cadete,Van Hooijdonk,Viduka and Di Canio

Now come to the point where we are happy to except an ex-psv striker well past his best,and a Man City Striker who couldn't hit a donkeys's * with banjo along with defenders that at times,i'm sure have to be reminded what a ball looks like. We have no Teeth in the middle of the park, unless Brown is there.

I just heard WGS say that we didn't miss Brown in the middle of the park, was he watching the match? He also said that what we missed was goals. And thats down to who?

I'm not one as people know for knee * reaction, but this is the championship we are talking about and the fact we might have to now try and qualify for the CL against some of the best teams in europe as now non of the teams are seeded

 

i cant beleive there are still people sticking up for strachan, we should have this league won 4 weeks ago, we been 7 points ahead of them twice but let it slip. add to that this is one of the worst rangers teams in history. its all right saying that we had plenty of possesion but that was because they were sitting back and letting us have it in front of them. we created 1 chance from open play when mcgeady came on and that was it. that today was a display which lacked penetration of any kind. for the amount of possesion we had our midfeilders should be creating more our strikers should be finding more space and ur managers should have a plan b or c when its obvious we are not goin to score.

we have handed the initiative to the worst hun team i can ever remember , we had the chance to put them out of existence this year but now they have the advantage to get the CL money next year which might just keep them in business. the blame for this gets laid with strachan, lawell and the rest of the board for showing a complete lack of ambition in the last 4 transfer windows

 

there was no 100% fit LB. Naylor was not fully fit and we needed another tall guy because the team is wee. Problem with OD was he is only capable of doing the defensive LB stuff. He was shocking going forward as the game went on and we had to attack. SO many players were not 100% fit in the squad. Bottom line is WGS put out the sort of team everyone wanted and we lost. We have had more success when we play the same sort of defensive mince Rangers play. We probably would have done that today but we had too many injuries to play like that. People would have moaned anyway.

Sometimes some of our fans make me sick. They just want glory but know SFA about football. The younger fans just think we have a right to win the league every year. Its not like that. We have won the league something like 10 times in the last 30 years. One in three. We will have to lose some time and sometimes its an injustice and you lose even though you are the best team. That happened twice in the MON era when it went to a knife edge against a poor Rangers team and we lost on the last day but you never heard MON must go etc. I hate to have to keep bringing up the comparison but the contrast is so glaring that you cant very well not.

 

Guys just calm down now. The games finished. You're giving the huns what they want. Its pointless sitting here going mad at each other. We lost a game of football. The league is far from over. I no i said it was earlier, but that was out of frustration.

Really disappointed today but i think we'll still win this league.
We were by far the better team today but it was the usual, we couldnt create chances.
I thought Loovens looked shakey and a but clumsy in defence. The midfield was good today, Hartley was solid and Crosas showed that he can play in these big games.
I think Naka had his best game at Ibrox today and was my MOTM, he got back and put in a few tackles and linked well with Hinkel down the right.

I dont think Rangers will drop anything at ER but they will drop something in one of their last 2 games. They arent a great team and they dont have the bottle to win this league, the showed that at Pittodrie last season.
Celtic know what they have to do and i believe theyll do it.

Some good points, but Strachan's not in charge of the money he gets to spend, and to say the blame rests "solely" at his feet is just wrong.

 

that was a major disappointment but lets hope they drop some points, we will win our final 3 - lets get behind the bhoys and push on!!

Got to disagree with missing brown, i think crosas and hartley did good, obv not alot of threat going forward but still kept the midfield in check. Im a bit ragin at odea, bit sloppy at the back post. However we have a hard match against dundee but i feel confindent we will go top. They play hibs and its going to be a hard game for them, they beat hearts during the week.

Just got to hope that they will drop points.

 

We lost because Hartley and Crosas were in the middle. They were both pish. Hartley was worse. Should have defended better at the goal.

 

We might have just lost the leauge to the worst rangers team ever so i feel the need to say
