Can't think of any other soundtracks better than this. Sublime piece by Morricone.

La Haine. Fantastic film. Really thought provoking. Vincent Cassel is excellent in it.

La Haine is a great film

Watched This Is The End, an apocalypse movie starring Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill etc as exaggerated versions of themselves

    Pretty funny, definitely worth a watch.....probably a 7.5/10

Videodrome. Subject probably even more valid today. Seen most of Cronenberg's movies but had missed this one up until now.

Homefront. Typical Jason Statham film, fairly predictable but I enjoyed it

Watched both The Hunger Games films. Not bad.

    I like Jennifer Lawrence.

They are decent films but if you have read the books they grate on you because of how much they miss out and pass by and don't elaborate on. If you haven't read the books alot of * does not make sense.

The first one is the worst for it. The second is far better though but takes 1 hour to get to the actual hunger games, despite not showing much in that hour. :38:

The Monuments Men. Not bad, but I think that was more because of the excellent cast.

    Mat Damon
    George Clooney
    John Goodman
    Bill Murray
