Could they not let the transfer window run on to midnight due to the weather conditions because as far as i can gather the transfer deadline day usually when alot of deals get done most player wouldn't be able to get to sign their contracts due to weather.

It was just a thought and england have done it for that reason because it said they deal has to be in place and accepted before 5pm but they will let the rest continue on.
