The only chance of Darder coming here would be if someone bought him as a player for the future and then loaned him to us for a season.

 

Considering he's just knocked back Inter Milan I don't see him coming here. Word is that he's remaining at Malaga for the time being unless a really good offer comes in that both club and player deem acceptable (which really means an offer that the player find acceptable. The * who runs Malaga has previous for accepting basically any offer that comes in for our players).

 

I'm not saying this is the case here but lets imagine that Darder guy is a huge Celtic fan, gets in contact and says I'm dying to play in hoops...do you think Pete would sign him for 12 mil ?

What's €12m? About £10m? He'd get that back and then some, so if the wages weren't silly, he'd be daft not to. Very unlikely that that situation's going to arise though.
