It’s four full tubs and two bags into a mixer, this is every 4 minutes. I’ve had it out with them and even asked for various risk assessments given it’s a twelve hour shift. Doesn’t help that our union is * useless, but after this years pay rise negations they look gone thank *.

Thing is there's hundreds more 18 year olds who would love that job in McDonald's rather than £50 job seekers. Strike all they want and they'll just end up replaced

They don’t all weigh the same though, and that’s me or who is doing the job having to watch the plant running also. But I’m on more than a McD’s worker so I’m a jammy *. :84:

And I work in a bakery mate.

1 of the worst job's about in my experience..

Grafting like * all day everyday, unless you get a breather doing the sweeping or hide for a bit. Absolutely hated it and was * all the time, back, arm's, legs before morning shifts. Copped a brick on the head that sparked me out breaking out a spiral staircase as well and the big polish * was throwing the loose bricks up to the ground floor for the skip and bang. Light's out :giggle1:

No way could you hit the gym after that as well. You were *..

Used to make treble a week doing fuckall compared to that at 1 point as well..

    Mad how it works out..

I'd say Maccy D's worker's take some severe attitude by wee *'s all day and at drive throughs, but it's a straight forward job that anyone could do and the grief they get is deserved the amount of time's they can * up simple order's like giving me A sauce for my chicken select meal..

I hear you groaning now, then never mind plenty of dough to be made so you will have plenty of bread for a night out as long as you dont get rolled on the weigh home.

:eek1: i still hear you groaning

It's the hardest job I have done and I have done quite a variety. Especially for cash in hand 40 a day (8hr day). I lasted a week. Was astounded at how hard it was.

:56: Mate I don’t actually mind my job or the guys I work with, but the management are * incompetent. I can do every job in the place on the plants, but have to put up with utter * of * pulling me that haven’t a clue. If the dosh wasn’t up to scratch I’d have chucked it years ago.

i know what you mean, telling some one a job cant be done, 2 days arguing , CAD says it can , Engineer says it can , draughtsman says it can be done .
I get one of them down to the job then he agrees it cant be done. CAD is the biggest bug bear in my line of work.

Aye they take the utter *..

I was working for some firm Dunne's and my pals were on as painter's and 1 of their sister's was with the foreman so thought it'd be bang on. Worst * I've ever come across..

Used to send tickets up the hoist on a Saturday shift showing off to *'s then cracking the whip as he went to the boozer across the road. Would hide round corners listening to hear if anyone slagged him off.
When I done my head he said come back in for light duties and was going daft at me 1 day breaking out the top of the spiral staircase bit as it wasn't done in time at half 7 on a Saturday morning and I was only back about 2 day's..

I offered him out, he shat it. I stuck in a claim on my head injury and they had to pay me out 5 grand. Shower of *'s. He sacked my other pal and the 1 who's sister was with him, also offered him out on site and he shat it. This happened at least 5 time's I was there. His da owned a boozer and he was always in with shiners. The job was for the dwarf David Sullivan and his prostitute of a missus' place..

Wee bit of rambling there i know..

Of course they should get £10 an hour ,why the * not I'm pretty sure McDonald's make a large profit every year.as for the building game it's not much better than slave Labour and every * expects you to do more for less money and when it comes down to it just an ego thing if you got over that you could almost make as much flipping burgers than getting a killing putting up scaffolding ,carrying blocks etc....
