Fallout is a fantastic adaptation.

Doesn't take itself too seriously, captures the atmosphere of the games, is well-acted and has a great story. Walton Goggins is brilliant.

 

Completed the gentleman and Thankfully I stuck with it decent viewing & hopefully a second season is released.

 

Anyone watched Baby Reindeer?

I've only watched the first episode and just came away with the feeling that the lead who wrote it about his own experience is just a real sleazebag

 

I think I might continue watching it.

But I find it crazy suspect, that he would cynically cash in on this and get a show created about it, and then according to my missus is then out there trying to tell the public... not to go out there and try and find the person when there is enough detail to very easily source the true identity when looking for news articles especially.

I've seen spoilers about other things that happen to him which are truly tragic, but this little bit about the stalker I just feel really uneasy with... and I don't know why but I just don't feel he's doing it with honest and genuine intentions.

 

I watched all of Baby Reindeer over the weekend. Said from episode one that the main character was the issue, not Martha.

He had some serious * issues.

He is * up but you have to watch it all to find out why.

 

Managed to finish it all and whoever that writer is that committed those acts against him should be locked up.

I find it really unsettling though that by making the show... the Internet has spent most of its time finding her, of course that is not to say they've not tried to deduce who the male is but perhaps in my eco chamber it seems majority about her that I'm seeing posts about online.

And if even half of what he has written about regarding his stalker is true it just seems a bit dicey when you claim that you want to see her get support she so clearly needs, tell viewers not to go about searching for these people, claim that you've changed so much yo hide their true identities when reality appears he's done so little because she's named and shamed almost instantly.

I'm also well aware that sound like a huge * saying this *, but the only way I can explain it, is that it all seems a bit untrustworthy, at least with how he's portrayed the stalker.

 

Agree with the folk wanting bbc I player & itv x added to a thread really enjoying Forensics The Real CSI & The Detectives taking down an OCG. Both decent viewing

 

Such an uneasy feeling after the first episode of that Baby Reindeer. Probably going to get worse too.

Makes me feel ill.

 

We are watching Baby Reindeer, but it is very overhyped.

We are also working out way through The Gentleman. It's too far fetched.

 

Just thinking that.

One or two people have said its one of the best things they’ve watched, I actually think it’s kinda garbage.

Assuming the episode I just watched is the darkest, its a bit much.

 

Made me feel very uneasy watching it. As others have said the main character has some serious issues.

 

I don’t understand why he’d want to relive some of the stuff by playing himself in it, it’s quite unsettling. Lots of people saying its brave etc, which it is, but it can’t be good for you.

 

I'd imagine it was therapeutic.

 

Not on netflix or prime, but I’m watching resident alien(now t.v) and it’s pretty good so far.
