I've been tracking this player for while and I think he could make it at Celtic.

I think that's a bit disingenuous. Zlatan could choose lots of other places given his scoring records and performances just now. Given the wages we offer I'm surprised he is interested at all!

No, we're definitely not. Could go to Middle East or China or America and earn money that we can only dream of.

Ibrahimovic playing the lone striker role away to East Stirling in the cup, earning £25k a week, it's obviously a dream of his!

He wouldn't have a clue how to handle Brown at a half-time team talk if Ibra was playing * and only scored 6 in the first half, they'd come back out covered in blood for the second half :56:.

Ibra and Finnbo must have a wee bet on who can wind us up the most, typical Finnish :87:

You really think when the time comes if he has a few offers he will pick us......if he has any other offer that is better than what we can offer we wont see him for dust.
If the media ask him would you ever play for celtic what do you expect him to say.....lol.

I don't see the problem. He's one of the biggest footballers about, stating how special Celtic and Celtic Park are and how any footballer would love to play in front of 'that' crowd (must not be aware of recent times mind you).

He's in the prime of his career just now so there's no way he'd come at this stage, obviously, so why not in a couple of years when he's near the end of his career? He'll still be a fantastic player.

If players with his ability want to finish their career at Celtic then a 'retirement home' we shall happily be.

So you think he made this statement trying to work a move....lol.
He will come nowhere near us if he has any other offers.

Would be a decent signing :50:

Got to laugh hard at the people not wanting one of the worlds best footballers at Celtic :56: Could not give a * if he is 32 or 35. He will score and assist till the day he quits.

Anyone that doesn't want Zlatan at the club doesn't know what they're talking about imo.

Im not saying he is not a great player.
I just don't think as a club we should be signing guys that old for the amount of money they will want.

Hes Not coming FFS...get a grip of yourselfs...hes probably been misquoted as usual...saying we have the best atmosphere and my friends play here and one of the legends of football in Henk played here....maybe wouldn't mind at one time playing at the stadium in the hoops....never say never kind of thing......its the Daily Record FFS....

Of course a player like that at parkhead would be unbelievable .....but his wages alone are out of our atmosphere.....The only good realistic positive thing I take from this is that he recognises us as does a host of other European greats
