Been posted in the non media section..

He does looks to have a bit of x factor about him but I'm no sure. Think we can get better..

From what I've seen, I'd much rather Wolf. I'd prefer Gudmundsson as well, who's probably more consistent at a guess..

    Celtic Glasgow likes Zinedine Ferhat

At the end of the contract next June, Zinedine Ferhat is more than ever leaving Nîmes this winter. It now remains to know the future destination of the player. The Algerian international (12 caps) who had remained in spite of himself in the Gard last summer therefore remained with the Crocos this season (8 appearances)

Courted by Montpellier, then more recently at AS Saint-Étienne, the 28-year-old attacking midfielder also pleases abroad. According to our information, Celtic Glasgow's profile and low cost appeal a lot. The current Glasgow Rangers runner-up in the Scottish League could jump at the chance during the month of January.

Guessing he's been injured this season. Only 7 appearances.

Last season he was played 33 games in Ligue 1, starting and finishing 31 of them. Scored 6 and assisted 10 for a team who finished 19th out of 20. Pretty good return all things considered.

Wouldn't be against it at all but doubt we're interested.

You don’t be putting up stats like that without being a player. Fast feet, looks like the Algerian Rogic. Yes please.

It sounds to me like he should have left last summer, but was loyal to his club and it hasn't worked out for him.

Transfrmarket doesn't show any injuries, but he was class in Ligue 1, I'd be all for this tbh (Would prefer Gudmundsson if possible).

    Either or would give us

Jota, Maeda, Forrest, Ferhat/Gudmundsson as our main wingers, no more Moffat/Montgomery at winger.

The mention of us and the Huns together makes me feel like this is the agent flying a kite... But, video looked ok, so I'm not immediately against the idea. If Ange wants him, get him in... Just feels like * to me!

He got 20 assists a couple year back in Ligue 2. That's impressive.

Seems to have done well enough with the step up too.

Sounds like we are favourites to sign this lad.

Juda Sud - ASSE is on the program for the round of 16 of the Coupe de France this Saturday (6.30 p.m.). An important match for the Greens of St Etienne, now coached by Pascal Dupraz, who intend to start their year 2022 with a qualification for the next round of the competition.

But a few hours before this Coupe de France meeting between Jura Sud and AS Saint-Etienne, some bad news fell for the managers of Saint-Etienne concerning the winter Mercato ...

Indeed, if ASSE has already got their hands on Joris Gnagnon and Bakary Sako, the Greens have also positioned themselves on Zinedine Ferhat (Nîmes), Ousseynou Ba (Olympiakos), Jean-Philippe Mateta (Crystal Palace) or even Lys Mousset (Sheffield United). To recite nobody else but them...

But the track leading to Zinedine Ferhat would a priori have cooled significantly on the side of ASSE in recent hours ... According to information from our colleagues in Foot Mercato, it would now be Celtic Glasgow who would be the best placed to * the signing of the Algerian international.

    Ferhat (Nîmes) at Celtic Glasgow?
Celtic Glasgow should very soon make a nice transfer offer to the leaders of Nîmes Olympique for Zinedine Ferhat. And it will be very difficult, not to say impossible, for AS Saint-Etienne as well as for MHSC - Montpellier HSC to be able to align with them ... Case to be followed all the same!

I have mixed feelings. Definitely an interesting talent but Nîmes fans can't wait to get rid of him because of his lack of involvement. He also made a no show during last week's training as he wants out

    Lack of involvement, meaning?

Attitude sounds questionable. I'd rather avoid this one but I doubt there's much to it anyway.
