How would it look? It would look like we are banning a racist from our ground. I doubt anybody would care except him. The rest of us would just think ah well he's a racist * anyway.

However that wasnt my point, the fact is we could ban him if we wanted to. Not only if he breaks a law.

The club is perfectly free to deny admission to whomever they see fit, whether a law is broken or not. Plenty of folk have been barred from CP, and I'd say the large majority of those bans have not been subsequent to a criminal conviction.

As for me personally having authority to ban someone - * are you on about?

 

If the Chairman is not bothered about committing war crimes, I can assume he would not be too bothered by banning this "lad".

I would be proud if Celtic banned him. We are a socially aware club and this kind of "politics" has no place at CP. If you want to be a racist...keep it to yourself.

Remember he is the leader of the youth wing. Nick Griffin defended him.

For those who consider tha BNP as a legal legitimate party, remember so was the National Socialist Party in Germany.

Again, can anyone imagine St Pauli fans defending this "lad" if he was their fan? They are from a country who have first hand experience of the appeasement of these "harmless" politicians!

That's what I'm saying buddy, just because some people see the party as being racist, doesn't mean he doesn't have the right to support it. Just as people who vote sinn fein have every right to, so why should he be banned is the question i am trying to pose. If he's a racist then that's his choice.

No but I'd hazard a guess that those bans have been a direct result of some indiscretion conducted within or around the ground, not for casting your vote for a particular party.

No way the club will ban him for this, they'd just make him a martyr to the BNP cause and we'd end up having ne end of * over it.

Word of warning, don't use this board as your own personal soapbox. You want to accuse Dr. Reid of war crimes I suggest you put a pen to paper and mail him your accusations, then call your lawyer. But then I'm guessing you're not brave enough to actually do that and prefer to throw your allegations out fromhide behind a monitor.

Whether Celtic ban him or not isn't the issue. They may, but they can't publicly state they're banning him for being a member of the BNP...can you not even see that?

I'm not defending the BNP at all, as I said, I don't even like the BNP, I'm just defending the boys right to go to Celtic Park and to be treated equal.

 

We don't need to publically state anything. Just do it and get on with our business, don't make a song and dance about it.

They do it to people all the time, Paddy on here got banned for being pished for christ sake.
