Most ironic thing is the same wee * was probably cheering on Larsson in the legends match.

Then again not the most renowned for having brains.

Agreed, it's annoying to see him anywhere near CP.

Had to laugh at one bit of the article though:

agree with alot that has been said in here. but to play devils advocate, according to a few posters in a previous thread, celtic as club has no political standpoint, and that politics should be left at the door- so whats the problem? once again, iam only playing devils advocate here.

If this is a way to rationalise the "up the ra" * your way off!

We have irish roots not Ra roots so the fact we were founded by an immigrant should digust this little rat if his political beleifs are what he says they are.

i agree. but i never mentioned anything about the ira. all i was asking is that according to some celtic fans the club has no political standpoint, and indeed the fact that john reid led britain into an illegal war was not relevant to some, as celtic was merely just a football club. i agree with the you that this guy is vermin by the way.

I personally think there's a difference between being affiliated to a particular party/political cause and having a broad political perspective, which the club's charitable, left wing, pro immigration roots define. Clearly the BNP do not share any of these values. I know there will always be people who think politics should play absolutely no part in it and it's just a game, and fair enough, but I am proud of the fact that Celtic have a left wing ethos that stems from the beginnings of the club, I don't think it needs to attach itself to any cause to have a political standpoint.

Since we are on the subject i have in my time came across Celtic fans that were out and out racists and even talking of support for the BNP of how they're going to vote for them and other * "get the immigrants out" just the usual stuff you hear from the * most of the time in pubs when a drink gets down them and they decide to delve into politics.

As far as in Celtic Park i will always remember about 2006 I think there was an Asian boy with his son watching the game and some drunk * behind us screaming about scachel (not sure of spelling) and screaming "black *" about players even N'Guemo anyway the asian lad turned around said to him "if my son wasn't here i would punch your * lights out" drunk guy apologised "nae offence to you mate" but 10 minutes later was starting * by this time half the ground was having a go including me telling him to shut the * up.. anyway the game finished and the Asian guy who was double the wee * size bold as you like hopped over a few chairs and gave him a right hook Tyson would be proud off think the guy got the biggest cheer of the game.. i know it's off subject but just an example of how these * are not welcome at CP.
