    My daughter Caroline and I were waiting for my wife to come out the bank in Rutherglen Main Street this morning when we saw a RAVEN, yes a RAVEN, flying by. getting mobbed be a couple of Carrion Crows. I've never seen a Raven in the city, ever. It made the wait so worthwhile.

    A few from Saturday, i went out in the morning to Union Wood for a walk but it was Dreich and damp so i didn't hang around too long (i went home and had a dirty big fry), i went down to Doorly later on when the weather brightened up a wee bit but it was a bit quiet, i came across the Heron preening himself after the rain.
    An I.D. for John and Pete for the last pic, Merganser?
