2 gardens down there is an absolutely huge tree , at times the noise is really loud as im guessing a couple of hundred starlings and all sorts take refuge there , seagulls cant get in the trees so must be a safe point . I have saw myself fill the seeder , and put out 10 fatballs between 3 dispensers ... all gone in a couple of hours , dont know what they were pecking about for .. upshot is it happens a good few times a year so I dont have to fork to aerate the grass they do it for me :)
good news is the grass is turning green again and growing now as it go's like dry straw in the summer .

Seen a wee wasp and a big bee fighting each other while I was delivering up in Milton yesterday. It was a right square go as well, they were rolling about on the dirt, wings everywhere and punches being thrown but after a few seconds the big bee shat it and f*cked off and the wee wasp just hoovered mid air for a second if to say " come ahead ya bam " then flew away.
Bet you david Attenborough's never seen anything like a wasp and a bee having a square go.

You guys recommend a camera ? 200 to 300 quid roughly, the quality on these is great compared to a phone.

Is it worth it do you think ?

I'm absolutely sloshed by the way

It's worth it, even when you're sober.

This..totally this. Next door got a tree that is struggling and the leaf coverage has disappeared from the tops. From early in the morning this tree is covered in starlings and you see them sat at the top of this tree and then shooting off in groups of about 6 to 20 to invade another neighbours garden. Sister in law is getting through about 20 fat balls a week and they would eat more if she put them out. The noise of the little * you can hear them planning their next raid lol. Here’s a tip DO NOT put out meal worms, they seem to go mad for them, the wife has stopped buying any because as soon as she’s walked in the house the bowl is empty and no * else can have them.

It really depends on what you want to do and how much you've got to spend. However, for about £300 you can buy a good bridge camera which will do most things or a higher end compact. It's worthwhile going into a camera shop and trying out the various gear. It can make for an interesting and enjoyable hour or so.
I'd recommend a Lumix, there are lots to choose from.
