Aye they were just loafing around last night and not bothering about us folks being nearby. Think they're used to me as they probably think I'm that mad wummin with a magic box :56:Even the Heron seemed to pose and they're usually such jittery buggers.

Plenty of gulls, Cormorants Heron, Mallards, grey lag Geese and Ringed plovers but a lot of things have disappeared like the Widgeon and Shelducks. There's a real absence of the smaller hedgerow birds which is probably down to the fact that people are about in large numbers now. We have Polecats although I have yet to see one. They're chomping on the rabbits of which there are loads. Seen a Hedgehog a wee while back. Yeah it's been a bit up and down with nature this year.

Wild roosters at 6:30am every morning also, funny thing is I was horrible at getting up in morning then I said im going to get up when these roosters make noise, after a few weeks my sleep pattern was brand new and felt great, evolution.

Must have reset your circadian rhythms. Your 24hr body clock generally ties in with the start and the end of the daylight.

A few from around Doorly park at the weekend, i found birdlife a bit scarce but this big Heron was in the mood for a bit of posing.
