    yes I reckon 2-3 months old.

    it was very calm and hung around for a while, I regularly see a larger one there too, I wonder if it is it’s mother.

    it put a little smile on my face.

    I have been there with Egret Johnie. Caroline was trying to get a photo of one at Aberlady Bay in Lothian, when the bird walked in amongst a flock of Gulls. Couldn't see it at all as all we could see was white birds.
