    I was out for a walk this morning . And the only thing worth mentioning was the high number of flying insects , and also , there are still large patches of snow on the back hills . My walk on Friday provided more wildlife sightings though . I saw a Heron , three Swans , a Pied Wagtail and at least three incidents of fish rising to take flies on the river . Not overly big fish , so most likely Trout . It was very windy , and there was light rain blowing through . The countryside is a lot greener than a few weeks ago . A blaze of bright yellow in various fields around the Strath , that's the Oilseed Rape in blossom .

    Johnboy, I took these yesterday at Ballisodare falls, I hoped they would have came out a bit clearer, the birds were on the opposite bank and hard to see against the rocks, (that's my excuse and i'm sticking to it:50:)
