    Last I checked I was 14. Bit not been to the gym as much and slacked oft a bit so provbly14.5.
    Ideally I'd want to be 13. Already lost 2+ stone this year (wel probably about 4 but it's up and down a fair bit).

    clean foods, and strict diet plan. which turn out to be alot easier over time. for ex; morning porrige, with fruit/veg lunch brown rice and chicken with peppers or other veg, dinner brown rice, veg chicken or fish that you like. followed by a protein shake etc. diet plan and exercise.

    if you need any help on diet let me know.

    i am 81kg but as im bulking just now( was in the process of a cut but thats madness with crimbo coming up) that a decent weight for me when im finished cutting ill be around 77kg and have around 8% body fat

    I'm 21 and always been skinny as *. Don't know how heavy I actually am, was in hosptial a few weeks ago and got weighed but I can't remember what it said.

    I'm a fat *. On a diet though due to health issues with diabetes.

    Height 5ft 9
    weight 18st.
    Its always difficult at this time of year but i have lost half a stone in the last 6 weeks.
    Hope i don't * it up over Christmas.

    21. 6ft and 3 quarters of an inch to be precise according to my work medical lol. 95/96 kilo or about 15 stone 2 I think. Can go up and down, I was 105 kilo at the start of the year.

    I'm guessing it was a tad more than 6 stone...

    How tall are you? If you were of an average height, say, 5' 9", and weighed 6 stone you'd have a BMI of 12.4. In other words, you couldn't function.
