What do you weigh and what do you want to weigh ( ideally )

Im 13 and a half stone but want to be 11-5 stone.

What's best way to loose weight I do plenty of exercise I just eat take aways and all sorts of other * for fun.

    Any tips ?

I know just chucking junk food and sweets would help but what do I replace them with ? Looking for types of foods not just an answer tha says healthy food as I'm not even what is healthy food :56:

I weigh 11 stone. I am happy just where I am at.

I never had much of a craving for junk foods and sweets.

I'd imagine that the best thing to replace them with though is fresh fruits and vegetables. You can really eat your fill of most fruits and vegetables and never worry about packing on any more weight.

I ruptured my Achilles tendon 2 years ago and piled on around 4 stone in the year I was out of sports, since then I've got myself back down to 11 stone and I am comfortable around this weight now, whenever I feel hungry now I will snack on some fruit or carrots not chocolate or McDonalds like I used to when I was injured

Used to be around the 14 stone mark, but right now I'm just over 13st and continuing to lose weight due to change in diet and exercise after a recent health scare.

To answer your question mate I usually tell my clients :
    Eat 6 to 7 Portions of Fruit/Vegetables a day
Don't drink a lot of sugary drinks e.g Cola, Fanta etc
Try and cut back on the snacking and just eat bigger healthy portions at meal times
It is also important to remember you can treat yourself now and again, takeaways, chocolate and alcohol are allowed as a treat

I've reduced the amount of fried food drastically, cut out pies etc, eat more fruit and veg than I used to, and most importantly, eat when I'm supposed to. I used to never have breakfast, and sometimes only a dinner then snack all night. Not good for you.

Healthwise, I had what the cardiologist called "a silent heart attack", which is just a heart attack you don't know you've had, although on a recent visit to see the cardiologist again, I was assured all is well. :50:

Stopped drinking 2 and a half months ago and have lost a stone, was 15 stone- I eat porridge or branflakes or something in the morning with some grapes and blueberries, drink lots of water throughout the day, and just cut down on all the crisps, sweets and fizzy juice or completely avoid if you can.

Just a nice simple diet and exercise by walking 4 or 5 times a week and doing some other simple exercises in the house makes all the difference, but chucking the drink is the best thing I reckon but probably the most difficult as well.

Had a wee fright at a work health review 6 months ago where I was told I had very high cholesterol. After seeing my doc and being put on statins and a few dietary changes my cholesterol is a healthy 3.59.
Years of eating crap on shifts caught up with me.
