    I'm thinking of flying for the first time in 20+ years. I've got to places across Europe on the train. It's long but I've had a blast doing it.

    Hopefully I'll be able to do some long haul flights one day.

    What's your favourite city you've been to. I need some inspiration.

    @Hammy89 Even though I said Glasgow, I loved Rome too. Highly recommend it. Sarajevo, Budapest and Barcelona are class too, if you're staying in Europe.

    I don't think I've ever visited a major city and not enjoyed it. They all have had lots to do.

    It's good to go see different things.

    Melbourne, thought the place was brilliant. Excellent for sports, music, bars, clubs, street/art, architecture, everything really, and although it's a pretty large city, there's plenty of parks and cool suburbs away from the city like Prahran, St Kilda etc, and really close to beach areas. I really miss it, need to get back there asap.
