    Was in response to that tweet above, there's conflicting talk as apparently we've been interested for weeks and the player is weighing up his options.

    Technically we are guaranteed to be in Europe.

    The conference isn't great but there's still teams in there which would give us plenty to think about and we can't exactly proclaim to be European heavyweights ourselves anymore.

    I get I'd they'd rather the europa but still. He'd be coming to a club which would massively test his ability to perform under pressure.

    If he plays, currently no guarantee of that. Hope to compromise isn't the same as when Kenny came with a "must play" agreement. Starting to worry that is the hold up here.

    Anyone coming in needs to earn their place not be given it

    Apparently City don’t want to send him here on loan if we’re also signing another right back, which is quite understandable as it would likely limit his game time.

    Looks like Juranović and Scales are our preferred reinforcements at fullback.
