Does anyone know how someone can qualify for a Work Permit in this game? I'm trying to sign Falcao but he keeps getting turned down :54:

A player can qualify for a work permit if he's deemed to be of exceptional talent, Internationally capped with a top 40 country or send him to Belgian feeder club until he qualifies for one.

Falcao should get a work permit no bother, strange

Usually get it just before the window shuts in the first season. Offer pro contract, not youth too

1st application assesses are you an international, u21, u19 in a top40 fifa ranked country.

2nd application assesses, international outside the top40 or are you of recognized talent, they assess the players abilities themselves

If you have a Belgian/Polish club you can send them there. It can take up to 3 seasons before they are given a permit but they will be given one because they will have worked in the EU for 3 'years'
