The managers time is up. As a team on the park we our going backwards at a rate of knots. No backing for current manager. Get someone in new and back them

if hes not going to be backed, then they need to punt him, whats the point in wasting a transfer window,

i dont want him getting to the end of season and then being punted then were back to square 1 giving a new manager a few weeks to prepare for the CL
if deila's not going to be bagged now we need be preparing for the CL next season so needs to be backed.

i think we need to change it up now, but if we dont then we need to back him now and in the summer to best prepare for the CL

I would sack him personally, but he'll still be here no doubt so if the board trust him then you've got to listen to what he wants in his squad so long as it's within our budget.

I would sack him now as i dont think he is good enough to acheive anything in Europe, therefore i would want his replacement to have as much time witht the squad as possible before the CL qualifying kicks off. I have heard Jose Mourinho is available :icon_mrgreen:

Have any of our loan signings actually worked out under Ronny? Guidetti, Wakaso, Tonev, Blackett are four that pretty much failed. Denayer is the only one I can think of that was a success, but he had no desire to stay here so it hasn't helped in the long-term.

Only other loans we have had successes with has been Forster and Keane Robbie.
Lennon's loans were mostly pish as well (not comparing here) so i'd rather avoid loans.
    I don't like them personally.

    Guidetti wasn't a failure.

Denayer wanted to stay here, City wanted him out on loan to a better league.
