    From the current squad?

The last player I think was Jackie McNamara. From the current batch I could see Scott Brown, Mulgrew and Samaras getting one.

Samaras I am certain will get one. If he didn't leave in 2009, 10 or 11, I can't see him leaving now that people actually like him.

Sammy has another 4 and a half years before he's been here for a decade, long time in Football.

I think Broony is more likely, don't see him leaving at all. :50:

Charlie Mulgrew's is due one next year... technically.

    2002-2006 and 2010-present.

James Forrest has been with us since 2003 :icon_mrgreen:

Definetly Samaras and brown i think i would say commons aswell cause i think he will retire here but he is like 29/30 now so doubt he will have been here long enough to get one by the time he retires but who knows maybe!

I think it should be from when they made their debut for the First Team.

I agree with that, tends to be what I count it from.

I don't know how it works with gaps? Maloney could come back and be quite close to one.

Does it not work like that anyway?

Otherwise kids at every club would be getting testimonials when there 18-22 or something ..
Should be and I think it might be as you say,not 100% though

While it is, Samaras was hated on by a very large majority of the support for a long time, and got through that, he must like somethin here.

I doubt he is concerned by money, he probably doesn't want to go back to Greece since it's going bankrupt, and I would guess he is very settled.

The only thing I can see stopping him is injury or not getting in the first team, and seeing as he is a first team pick, and the quality of our squad is only going one way in the short term, I'd rule that out.

Brown, Sammy and Mulgrew are the most likely.
Mulgrew i reckon should be counted from when he resigned though.

Other future contenders would be Ledley, Matthews, Commons (though age wise he won't make the 10years) and Forrest.

Can see Stokes, Kayal, Forster, Ambrose, any of the new guys, all moving on as time goes by.

izzy baffles me though, the guy doesn't talk, never looks happy, but by all accounts he is well received by the fellow players, and may surprise us by sticking around. He seems (reports) to enjoy the football, must be settled in Glasgow, by now, or else he would be making noise to move and knows that he is already in his national team. Only question he has to ask of himself, is if he see's him playing at a bigger club than Celtic, and able to achieve more? Doubt he has any ambition to play for Norwich (no offence Gary Hooper), or a Newcastle of this world.

I think Scott Brown is an absolute certainty.

Why would an injury prone club captain want to leave. Brown will retire in his early 30s, almost certainly as a Celtic player.

Brown is by far the most likely, then at a push Sammy.

That's it though. I'd love it if Ledley and Matthews stayed that long but can't see it.
