    This month has been brilliant.

    Forgot what a difference sunshine made to my mood. Especially after months of rain. Feel like I have so much more energy. The lighter nights help as well.

    Weather's been really good, even though a little bit cold still. As good an April as I remember, was always going to be that way during an unprecedented lockdown. Been up walking the canal most days for my excercise.

    See there's a big fire up Kilpatrick Hills the now, can smell it from here. Wind won't be helping it.

    Taking my son on one of my favourite walks today. Normally he would not be interested but strange times...... I can show him the places we went to at that age, while his generation stays on the x box,this is all we had to do (explore).Anyone else remember the days of 3 channels on tv :84:. Supposed to be about 23C so hopefully a bit of unexpected bonding time, with the forest looking at its best :50:
