Honestly no would only have tartare sauce to dip my chip's in but as I'm no having chips then the taste of the haddock drenched in breadcrumbs and lemon juice and salt will suffice, honestly can't wait for the buzzer now I'm salivating :56:

Maxim's is hit or miss they're * mostly but when they're good they're good but it's not often they are, Roma are more the real thing when it comes to fish they're spot on, and there pizza's are to die for, not that I'm a big pizza fan :36:

Doing a Mexican Chicken Rice dish tonight. Or I should say my partner is doing it whilst I stand there with a spatula looking for something to stir. Canny wait.

More than 20 years ago I invented a bolognese sauce that bucked all the trends as I included heaps of veg with just enough meat to give it flavour and texture. * knows how many times I've been howled down by purists telling me you never put veg in bolognese but I know what I like.

Anyway, the other day we're standing in the checkout queue and Mrs C picks up a magazine.

'* me sideways with an echidna!' she shouted, 'Look at this!'

She shoved the magazine in my face to show an article of some famous chef revealing his secret bolognese recipe. Well you can guess the rest... absolutely the same as mine.

We're having that tonight, but I suspect it will turn to ashes in my mouth.
