    Pork roast on the Barby. Ive been salting the skin for 24 hours so should have lots of crackling.

    No shrimp !!
    Pork roast on the barbie with the skin/rind crisped. The skin/rind is then cut off & eaten separately

    Love a Bbq. We need to get a great bbq thread here. I went spatchcock chicken last night smothered in peri peri on the bbq.

    Took it too 81 degrees. I know chickens cooked at 74/75 but its chicken, gotta be safe :56:

    Never even thought of getting a couple a pickles, definitely will now but, getting it from Roma in Dumbarton road Maxim's is a hit and miss these days still to try the one in old kilpatrick heard it's really good, have you tried it ?
