    Butternut squash and spinach curry , tasty , only thing missing is meat ! Wife on a health and fitness kick , actually don’t mind a few meals without meat although not all the time

    mmmmmm. Mrs makes chicken fajitas to die for. All the onions, peppers and crushed garlic with spicy smokey bbq and the salsa. I’m starving.

    I cook the veg first. Heat the pan until it’s literally smoking then sear the peppers, onions etc for about a minute so they are slightly burnt on the outside. Out the pan then do the same with the chicken. Then throw the lot together, add the spices, warm the tortillas in the oven and boof, get stuck in. Maybe throw a bit of grated cheese on top when making the wraps.

    Man I can’t wait any longer. Dinner time!

    Oh and salsa and some homemade sour cream as well. :35:

    Medium rare sirloin steak, with asparagus, kale and spinach pan-fried in garlic, ginger and soy sauce.

    Poached egg on the steak and a bit of English mustard on the side.
