I use the old reliable knock knock

 

I just sledgehammer the door open.

 

Doors are merely three dimensional objects in a four dimensional world.

Open up your mind and expand the capabilities of your brain and you can manipulate the atoms and space dust to make the door move aside without touching it.

Knocking will become a thing of the past.
