I don't think we need that many players at all. Would definitely like a RW to come in who is clearly a step up from what we have.
I think we have enough CB's and don't need a permanent one to add to the squad. An emergency loan of 3 or 6 months from an out of favour top team CB would be great imo.

I think at centre half we could do with somebody who has played in Europe for many years, has the pedigree and is coming to the end of their career so is cheap and has experience and a cool head/winning mentality.

Otherwise I am happy with what we have got. Unless Paddy comes back.

    Roberts and a CB.

    That would do me fine.

Roberts and a full back than can play on either side would be nice. Caulker would be a bonus.

PADDY... that's all we really need.
    Anything else is a bonus.

    The
The moose is anything but injury prone. Just bad luck that he's had 2 similar injuries back to back. Same goes for Griff. You don't have records like theirs from sitting on the sidelines.

That's a precise description of big Kolo. If he's willing to come back I doubt we could attract much better as most fitting that description are of to the US etc for a final payday.

Aye he only had a 1 year deal but an offer seems to be on the table for a player/coach role from what Brendan's said. His agent has said he'd like to play on for a year or 2 and think he has some offers. Can't blame him for wanting regular football if he still feels upto it but I think the doors always open as long as Brendan's here.

The players seem to love him so if that helps in any coaching sessions they do, great.

    Who could be his replacement?

No idea who's available but would like to see us look at the bundesliga as there always seems to be quality defencers under the radar there. Noticed Giuseppi Rossi is a free agent. Just * his knee again though but wouldn't mind him on a pay as you play if he'd take it as he was phenomenal at one point. Feel for the guy as he had so much potential and has been robbed of a good career.

Basically we still need a proven back up at CB. I'm surprised we haven't looked at the loan market for a CB also.

Striker - (Ideally a target man type)

Central Defender - Quality, ball winning defender to play alongside Jozo.

Right Winger - Ideally, Paddy, but that may not be possible.

Right Back (Not essential) - As I'm not convinced Gamboa or Lustig are the answers for in Europe.

Think we'll end up with another unknown as the money in the game has gotten even crazier this last year. In all honesty that's what's killed my love of the game now I only really pay attention to Celtic so I'm not hugely clued up on who's about these days.

    Right winger
    Centre back.

Other issues positions will be fixed as new players get up to match speed (Eboue at holding mid, Ntcham as a creative midfielder and hopefully Ralston at right back).

We have a guarenteed £11m coming from Europe one way or another as we would parachute into EL group stage if we go out at playoff, i just dont see any of those playoff teams beating us, the all have excellent home records but they get pumped away all the time a bit like us so ideally get the 2nd leg at celtic park and we should be fine.

But WE must get a player or 2 in within the next 2 weeks surely Brendan, Peter and Lee must have targets we are just waiting to go on!

Lustig does give me the fear in Europe sadly, and I really do like him.

On top of that the obvious RW and CB
