I stopped right there. It seems your knowledge of fellow posters is on a par with your knowledge of Celtic. I haven't been crashing about Celtic chat arguing with folk for over a year now.

Wont stop you using to get a reaction.

    Carry on chief...

I'm not insinuating that. In football terms it's not a lot of time for recovery though or to put a tactical plan in place.

I said before the game started that this had the potential for dropped points. It's not the end of the world.

If the tactical plans weren't discussed in plenty of time before this game kicked off, then I'd be extremely surprised.

36 hours is plenty of time for recovery. Some of these modern day fitba divas need to learn some life lessons about real * graft...

That would mean discussing and practicing two different sets of tactics before the Leipzig game. That would be madness mate.

I'm not suggesting they were discussed before the Leipzig game.

That game was on Thursday night.

Which means they had Friday and Saturday to train and rest.

    That's * plenty.

The recovery time (or lack of) and the tactical side of the game is only a small part of why that result yesterday was always a distinct possibility.

If we start drawing at home again or struggling on grass pitches away from home then I'll start worrying.

Yesterday was an anomaly. We'll be firing again after the international break. You can take that to the bank (or bookmark it. Yeah just bookmark it)

IF it's down to recovery time, then that means the players needed a rest and for whatever reason Rodgers didn't trust his squad players to come in, therefore all his * about having a strong squad is crap.

We are already using our squad players. A fine job they are doing too.

What the * are you slabbering about now? You’re the one who started on me with the ‘must’ve been tortue’ patter.

    Go have a lie down.

Then it can't be down to recovery time.

Was just a pish game on a pish day.

Efforts need to be upped come the end of the international break.

December will be a big month , a lot of fixtures huns have it tougher with aberdeen, hearts , hibs then us.
I mean were capable of turning over the huns another 3 times in the season if needed and that's another 9pts on top of the 2 were already ahead not considering other points dropped by both sides. January window is up to us too again to see what we do aswell with the dembele money.

can have the huns at 6/1 if you still fancy them , can't get a bet Celtic.

It’s hard to be too critical after such a performance on Thurs, anyone who can’t see how much that performance must have taken out of us, isn’t looking at it objectively.

One criticism that could be levelled at BR is the lack of quality on the bench on Sun, even given the injuries.

3 important players took out the squad in the summer , Roberts,Dembele star striker and Armstrong raking in 30m yet were top , in 1 final on course without even opening the purse strings.

But Rodgers has to get money in january regardless of anything else, more importantly to keep him here and progress the playing staff with more quality.

But he has signed the likes of Hayes and Hendry who were pure options on Sun.

Over £1m for Hendry was mental business. Tbf thought Hayes would have done better.

Not much could be done about Hayes situation tbh, soon as he started to get some games and show something he was out long term.

Hendry I have nothing for other than scraping the barrel and saying he’s a Celtic fan and he’s big and athletic because a centre half he is not.
