:50:Thought this place could do with a bit of spicing up!

Going to keep this going every week for some fun. I’m going to throw some NFL bets in as I watch an NFL betting podcast every week (Bet On It - Wagertalk)

The idea is to make 5 picks across any sports for the weekend, with every selection in the sort of 8/13 to 6/5 range to end up with odds of 19/1 or so.

Feel free to follow or post your own!

    1. Sassuolo +1 (Asian Handicap) vs Inter Milan. 4/6
(Win or draw and it’s a winner, lose by 1 and it’s a push. Inter rode their luck midweek with 0.2xG and are 9th in the league. Sassuolo have kept clean sheets in 4 of their last 5, while in the other they were 1-0 up before going down to 10 men and losing to 2nd in the league Udinese.)
    Saturday 2pm

    2. Arsenal draw no bet vs Liverpool. 5/6 (Liverpool Im far from convinced by this season. Arsenal look clearly like City’s nearest challengers. Don’t expect them to lose, it’s fair price at home)
    Sunday 4.30pm

    3. LA Chargers @ Cleveland Browns under 47.5pts 10/11.
(Browns will look to run the ball a lot with some excellent options to exploit a team that has struggled against teams using that strategy. More running = time runs out quicker and more chance of a low scoring game.)
    Sunday 6pm

    4. NO Saints -5.5 vs Seattle Seahawks. 10/11
(Seahawks are 3-1 from the opening 4 but their opener they should have lost to Broncos who missed an insane amount of chances in the red zone. The following week they were duly put in their place by the 49ers and then played two of the worst defences since then to get their other 2 wins. Overvalued after scoring a massive 48 last week, Saints is a totally different kettle of fish. Saints on a 3 game losing streak. Good spot for a statement win against a poor Seahawks.
    Sunday 6pm

    5. Everton +1 vs Man Utd. 8/11
(Everton have conceded 1 or less in their last 6 games. United have been poor, struggling vs Cyprus Celtic, schooled by City badly and losing to Sociedad. Under the lights on a Sunday night at Goodison is a tough ask for them.)
    Sunday 7pm

    On Bet365
    £25 returns £476

Make it a £5 to £100 or £100 to £2k, whatever suits your taste. Hopefully get off to a flyer so we’re free wheeling for the next 19 weeks :Kyogo:

Let me know if you’re in!

Do as you please mate, I’m going to stick with 5! Just works out well with that odds range to get you to 19/1.

+1 Asian means if they lose by a goal it’s no bet

Saints 2 up and with the ball with 2 mins on the clock. Fail to make first down and then their punter who’s literal only job in life is to punt the ball straight, skews it into the sideline and Bengals score a touchdown off it straight away. Unreal man honestly they were 1/5 to win with 2 mins left :giggle1: * me
