He comes way off his then when theirs is no need .... that all he can do that al he done when we played against him and it worked for him because we constantly tried to walk ball into the net .... he a keeper that is used in a low block system that relies on a big man upfront to get a jammy goal

He's afraid of the ball, it's not hard to work out. In combination with shattered confidence.

The club must get rid ASAP. If that means paying up the full contract, so be it.

His positioning was exactly the same for the save he made early in the game. You can see the massive space at the front post and I’m surprised Antonio went across him the first time. He didn’t make that error twice. As for Barkas, he obviously assumes his positioning was correct as he did it twice! That’s been learned behaviour and very hard now to unlearn.
Even if we shore up the back 4 to an acceptable level, this clown will cost us this season.

The worst signing in the history of the club, he's that bad.

What distinguishes him from * like John Joe Kenny, Tyler Blackett, Saidy Janko etc. is that we actually broke our transfer record (for a GK) to sign this utter dumpling.

Getting rid of him is our main priority. But it goes further. We can only put this horrendous *-up behind us when the person who scouted him is also sacked. Someone with that kind of horrific judgement should be nowhere near a scouting position at Celtic.

You want the guy to do well but he just makes howler after howler. I will say what is in front of him isn't helping as he was left badly exposed but he's still not good enough. Leaving his near post wide open just made the finish easy for Antonio then his attempt or lack of for the penalty, think he just fell backwards.

Ralston and Taylor look like professional football players, not good ones, far from it. Barkas doesn’t even look like a goal keeper at all. It’s like your actual keeper has been sent off and an outfield player has had to go in. Baffling

Was all for the idea of giving him a chance this season.

Dreadful team and severe lack of "confidence", as well as the big outlay we paid, and also the positive comments coming from coaches and pundits from his homeland... All convinced me he just needed time and better coaching.

    But holy * balls.

He can't even do simple goalkeeping fundamentals.

Chocolate wrists, * distribution, atrocious positioning, diving is clumsy, jumping is poor, all the agility of a * dropped kebab.

As someone rightly pointed out, he looks like a * LiveAid participant, but a 60 year old one, after a night on the beer.

With Scheidt, we were well and truly duped. Victims of a Brazilian transfer scheme. With Barkas, we've literally took millions of pounds, shat all over it and tossed it on a dumpster fire. We're now watching burn and the club are standing there saying, "aye, give him time".

Staggering that this chimp is a professional goalkeeper. Nothing against the guy, but nope, he needs shifted. Accept the loss, accept any bid, and get a properly scouted and researched keeper in ASAP.

Currently were playing every game with 10 men and an empty net. Hes that bad.

Fuxake. I can't imagine what was Hammond like, as a keeper, if he gave a glowing recommendation of Barkas.

You could've drove a tank through the gap he left for their second, utterly bizarre, never seen anything like that before.
