The two of them look like a man down tbh and it certainly won't be helping our defence out.
I'm not sure if Marshall had signed for Derby while we were still in negotiations for Forster.
But people can't make out they avoured Marshall over Barkas in the summer.
    Everyone's an expert in hindsight.

    Behave.

Can’t just label it as a howler because it’s against the huns. Only howler there is Elyounoussi being on Goldson.

He’ll come good soon enough.Just needs to settle in,has bags of experience on a European and international level.Have to give him a chance ahead of Bain who isn’t the answer.

To say the Goalkeepers are letting our defence down is madness, our defence, bar Ajer and Laxalt, have been atrocious this season.

I know they have but not having confidence in your keeper can be massive.
Your keeper being silent, standing on his line and not communicating while shots go right through him can't be helping eh ?

I think it was saveable but it wasn't the howler you're making it out to be.

If you’re questioning if there was a “chance” then it wasn’t a howler.

He is not the reason we got thumped by the Huns!!!! He is a far better keeper than Bain who, in my opinion, is a good 3rd choice keeper.

A howler is dropping the ball, charging out and missing the ball, ball going through your legs Taibi style etc, that kind of *. Barkas hasn't done anything like that.

Needs to be back in the team, because Bain apart from the penalty save has started making errors and looked flappy.

Bain is bang average, but unfortunately from what we have seen from Barkas so far, there is nothing to suggest he looks any better.

Other than the fact he cost 5 million quid, what reason is there he should be getting a game ahead of bain?

On the evidence of performances for us so far I'd reckon Barkas looks more liable to concede goals that Bain would have saved than the other way about. I'd have loved Barkas to have come in and been a superstar, but he has literally shown nothing to suggest he is a top keeper, I'd have felt more confident about him if he had dropped some absolute howlers but these were mixed in with some moments of magic, but he has just not made 1 save yet thats been noticeably better than you would have expected

I hope he goes onto prove me wrong, just can't see it based on what we have seen so far.

Get the boy back in between the sticks!! Not going to build confidence sitting watching Bain. I still don’t think there was much he could have done with Rangers first goal.

Defence has been shocking from the start of the season, people saying “aye they need confidence from their keeper” absolute bollox.

When the defence is *.... that's when you need the goalkeeper to step up.. .that's why he's there.

I actually think we have two really solid goalkeepers. Another example of someone who needs time. Let's get behind him and Bain who no doubt have a tough season ahead of them

“Certainly won’t be helping our defence out”, the other way round for me. It’s not Barkas’ fault Duffy turns like a double decker bus and gets beaten in the air by a guy who he kept out of the team at Brighton. Barkas and Bain have been left wide open in recent games, the defence is ridiculously leaky and does not instil the keepers with confidence.
