    Tbh we should be going mental this season.

    Just say listen were going for 10 but whether it comes off or not were flogging a couple of players to recoup the dough.

    If theres a possibilty of getting this guy we should be all over it, especially if it's for 5 million. It's the one area we need to majorly invest in.

    Celtic officially made a move for Barkas, sources tell here in Greece, for about 3.2 mil pounds plus 1 mil in bonuses. Got rejected immediately. AEK would consider selling him for no less than 6 mil pounds. Montpellier is said to be in talks with the Greek side, too.

    It is also being said that Celtic and Barkas have, almost, come to an agreement in terms of his possible contract.

    We offered a million in bonuses as well.

    Pretty much all fees are structured. We aren't any different in that respect to the rest of the world.

    The rumours for the last 3 weeks has been a demand of £5million.

    If our first approach is 3.2 with 1m bonuses then that seems pretty normal for literally all transfer dealings.

    The 6 million has only just been mentioned now that our supposed bid has been mentioned.

    I'm all for slating the board and admit we are tight as * sometimes, but let's at least see what the next bid is like.
    Can't judge us when we've only made one honest and decent bid (rumours of 5 million demands with Celtic offering 4.2 isn't weird).
