So it's confirmed now then, we'll be up against Rosenborg. I think the most important thing is a clean sheet, as I'm fairly confident we can score away!

Hopefully a 3-0 win and no bookings! :shamrock: :50:

Will be a step up from Linfield, I'd imagine. Probably a tougher tie than most of us realise.

    Won't lie. I'm a wee bit nervous.

I wonder what Rosenborg fans reactions are too us meeting them in the next round? As for the match itself we show up in Paradise and bring our standards we should win convincingly! They weren't much better than Dundalk in the first half tonight. Played better second but still went to Extra time with Dundalk hitting the crossbar! If Dundalk scored the second early goal we could be talking about a whole different scenario. What worries me is not having Leigh if he gets a suspension tomorrow, Moussa still looks a wee bit rusty but we can rely on our wingers and more attacked minded midfielders to get us across the line!

Armstrong for Ntcham and 2-0 would be lovely :50:

Hope we get caulker or whoever else CB wise in for this game, don't really trust erik at the back anymore...
Saying that, i do think we'll win, going for 2-0. Astana and qarabag were much better teams than rosenborg, and norway won't be a trek like the kazakstan trip was.

Watched their game before ours. Honestly, they're shockingly bad.

Agreed we had Astana this time last year and they would prove to be a bigger test than the Norwegians.

I wouldn't be against that player swap. Just a bit concerned at Stretch being left out tonight, not sure if there is anything to read into that.

Could be mate, could be. Doesn't explain him getting the last 20 minutes though.

I'm probably reading too much into it but I was surprised to see him on the bench tonight.

I think we'll deal with them fairly easily personally. It certainly won't be as comfortable as Linfield though, even just having Bendtner is a massive step up in pedigree. As * as he's became he's scored goals everywhere he's played.

Dundalk keeper didn't like to catch a ball. Constantly punched it out.

Streams for the Linfield game weren't working for me so I watched Rosenburg v Dundalk.
Rosenburg are poison. Obviously they'll up it v us but I really can't be too worried. I like a bit of pessimism as much as the next guy (maybe more) but they really shouldn't cause us much concern.

I grew up watching Rosenborg in the Champions league every season. This team are not in the same pedigree.
