    I had a similar issue where they kept sending mail to my old address for about 6 months after I moved, every month they said it was sorted but kept * up.

    They say their issues are fixed today but I'm still locked out and have tried everything, don't know if I'm blocked now but can't call through cos they close at 8, * useless. Working most of the day tomorrow too so need to get up early and phone the *.

    I know what you mean, but I'm led to believe some aren't as * as others in terms of IT infrastructure etc, these * are *.

    Wonder if this will genuinely affect them now. That's a few big outages. I'm sure they all have their problems but they've been really really poor, folk must be getting as * off as me. I've a day off next week, might see about changing.

    The advantage rule in football (especially when we are involved)

    Aberdeen last week as an example. OK, it's a penalty, but the referee plays the advantage and Cosgrove hits the bar. Then he gives the penalty.

    So, he's given the advantage, they haven't scored, so he's given them a second advantage by awarding the penalty.

    That's just an example, but it's a * rule
