How no? We need left side players, he can play as a fullback or a winger. He has had injury troubles which is never great but he can strike it and cross a treat

    Because he’s *.

Yous think he was Nakamura the way you’re talking. He took set pieces for an Ireland team that relied on set pieces.

Turnbull is better than him at set pieces.

    He’s Irish though :39:

IF it’s Howe (just waiting for the announcement) and we sign Josh King, I think he’d be a quality player for us. Someone I’ve always like when I’ve watched him play.

I’d definitely sign Van Hooijdonk if he’s interested and I’d try sign Larsson, no idea what his value is though. I really believe signing Larsson, the club would make their money back on shirt sales before he’s even kicked a ball.

Steve Cook seems like he’s be decent, looking forward to seeing who we sign!

Van hooijdonk I'd defo take. Strong and quick not too unlike haaland in style. Scored a lot of goals from the bench for nac. Think we missed the boat financially on Larsson.

Clubs don't make as much as you think from shirt sales. It'd be Adidas who would make a lot of money from a big increase in shirt sales.

Its a grand old team to play for
Robbie Brady has played 90mins in Premier League games 8 times since 2nd December 2017 and in that time has averaged 2.88 games between injuries, suspensions or just being dropped up to now.

Also In that time he's suffered - terrible knee injury, various groin injuries, chest injury, various calf strains and injuries, hamstring injury, thigh muscle strain and various other knocks.

Its a no from me, in fact I'd go as far as saying there isn't a player from the Republic of Ireland squad good enough to play for us at this time. Just my opinion though.

In his last game he also got subbed on and subbed off again. He's absolutely finished. He was a very decent player when he first joined Burnley but injuries have laid waste to him unfortunately. It has been evident for a while for Ireland too, Anybody thinking he'd be a good signing probably just hasn't watched him lately.

You're probably right about nobody on the Ireland squad being good enough for Celtic sadly (other than Coleman obviously). McGoldrick before he retired was probably the last one. Callum Robinson could do a job too. That's about it.

This is why a DOF is more important in my opinion.

That’s fair, adidas would make the majority of shirt sales, yes, but we’d sell a lot of Larsson shirts especially if it’s Larsson 7 and we’d probably sell a tonne of merchandise based on him because knowing Celtic, they’d market the * out of him before he’s kicked a ball just in case.

If there is any truth in the list of transfer targets being a driver in the reason Howe isn’t coming wait to will see which terrible manager we get.

Then the likes of Ajer, Edouard, Christie and Ntcham go and we sign DUTD keeper, Shaun Rooney, Robbie Brady, Charlie Wyke and anyone else we can get for free or a £1m tops. Also enter into a transfer saga for Ali McCann for him to go to Peterborough or something over a packet of Sweeties.

To be fair to Rogic his appearances record makes him look like an iron man besides Brady's nightmare run of injuries since the European Finals in 2016. Given his injury record it would be madness to sign Brady regardless of what you think of him as a player.

Mooy loves Ang, the quota rules mean he’s not getting used by Shanghai either.

    His wife is Scottish also.

I think he’d be superb in the SPL.

Awer Mabil is another you may look at.
