Agree CB should be the priority. For me if Benkovic is available for an affordable price we should be going for him.

Just saw that Heinz Lindner is available on a free. 30 and was Austrian national keeper until last year. Was class at Grasshoppers even though they went down that season 18/19. Only because of him they even had the chance to stay up. Was surprised then that he only went to a 2. Bundesliga team. Think he's better than Bain and would be a brilliant number 2. With Barkas in though it doesn't make much sense anymore but he wouldn't cost much so..

We are a bit humped if a keeper goes down injured. Hazard will probably get a chance.

I'd be more than comfortable with Hazard filling in domestically..

Celtic have made it clear they will not be dragged into a bidding war for veteran Scotland striker Steven Fletcher.

Record Sport can reveal the 33-year-old’s name has made it onto a list of potential attacking options as manager Neil Lennon attempts to beef up his strikeforce for the push towards 10 In A Row - and that initial talks between the club and Fletcher’s agent have already taken place.

But while Lennon is an admirer of the experienced frontman he is in no rush to match the long-term offers that Fletcher has already received four from clubs at the top end of the English Championship following his decision to turn down a new deal at Sheffield Wednesday.

Yeah I'm happy enough with Hazard as 3rd choice this season.

Just seen that Milan are willing to let go of Ricardo Rodriguez for as little as 3m. Sort of player we should be all over at that price. Wages would probably be an issue but he has less than a year on his contract so a big signing on fee would probably sort that out.

Think he’s got his eyes on a big pay day in Russia. He’d be perfect for a 3-5-2 though.

If we got Ajeti/Toney in and loaned out Bayo I wouldn't be against Fletcher coming in as fourth choice.

Yeah looked like he was heading for Lokomotiv Moscow but he rejected the move the other day. Still only 27 even though it feels like he's been around forever.

Didn’t realise he’d knocked them back. I imagine he’ll get plenty interest from England and Germany but there’s certainly no harm in throwing our name into the hat.

    I'd rather Klimala 4th choice.

But I've said I'd take fletcher as he offers something completely different and experience would be massive in a season like this.

If he is willing to commit to not playing every week. Because he simply wouldnt.

It will only happen if Klimala goes out on loan youd imagine.

Serhou Guirassy would be a good option to replace Edouard. But we would have to spend big now and get him in as he wont be around next summer (assuming that is hopefully when Edouard departs).

    6ft 2. Black. French.

Ashamed to admit I forgot we'd still have four strikers if Ajeti came in and Bayo left :52:

I would take Steven Fletcher in a heartbeat. He is very similar to Chris Sutton in style - can bully defenders, takes no nonsense and will score goals. He is also an experienced EPL player, oh and he is a massive Celtic man so we know he will give 100% as he knows what our club is all about :celt_2:

    Bring him home :ynwacelti

Guirassy looks quality but it says they turned down €18m from Brighton in January, Spurs and Chelsea have been quoted with an interest as well. A Fee of £20m has been suggested so will be out of our price range.

Suggestion for an experienced left back, Filip Novak who is a free agent after leaving Trabzonspor. He is a current Czech international and scored 7 goals from LB last year.

He is 30 but could be a good option for a couple of seasons if we signed Hickey and loaned him out and punted Boli.

A LW and striker option, Andi Zeqiri from Lausanne Sport, he is a Swiss U21 international who has scored 6 in 7 including a double against a strong France U21 team. He has scored 17 in 33 last season and is in the final year of his contract.

His strike partner Aldin Turkes is also decent having scored 22 in 34 all be it in the Swiss challenger league. He is hard working, strong on the ball and seems to link play well.

Newsnow saying we are in for James McCarthy, would be a great signing in my eyes,Him and Brooney in the middle and let Calmac be more creative

    Good shout.

The kind we need to support Taylor IMO.
